Exchanges

If we determine that an exchange is the appropriate resolution for your damaged item, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to facilitate the exchange. Please note that if the damaged or lost item is a limited edition item and a replacement is not available, we may offer you the choice between a refund or alternative replacement items.

Refunds
